Install with a third-party install link
Note
Third-party install links work only for apps created before December 5, 2019. If you click a third-party install link for an app made after that date, then you get an error message in your Shopify admin and can't install the app.
If you’re installing an app from a third-party developer’s website, then click the app install link. To complete the installation, you need to authorize the app in your Shopify admin.
When installing with a third-party install link, you receive a warning that the app isn’t from the Shopify App Store. This doesn’t necessarily mean that the app isn't safe to use. However, the app has not been through the verification and approval process that’s required for apps that are listed in the Shopify App Store.
Install a custom app
If you hire a developer to build a custom app for your Shopify store, then they provide you with an installation link. Custom app installation links are specific to your store, and can't be used to install the app on another store.
Click your install link to authorize the app in your Shopify admin.
For security reasons, custom install links expire after seven days. If your link expires, then the app developer will need to provide a new one.
If you have given a developer a collaborator account for your store, then they can install a custom app on your behalf, but only if you have granted them full permissions.

I have to confess that I just love Spotify and it has given a new meaning to music in my life. Previously, I never paid attention to creating playlists and used to search and play songs randomly from the library. But now that I have started using Spotify, I have got into the groove of making playlists.
Spotify app use sd card. Formatted MicroSD, resetted the Spotify app again - Doing the same clear cache / data via Spotify app. But yet, Spotify still uses the internal memory to store everything. It creates a data folder on the sd card but it remains empty. The Storage folder is only being populated on the internal memory. My internal memory is on /storage/sdcard0. Spotify adds a layer to the encryption that seems to be specific to the app it was downloaded on. This makes it harder to copy but also means if you reinstall the app you need to re-download your music. As for the sd card Spotify doesn't start with the os you could go to settings and make sure the sd card is mounted before running Spotify. Just got a new phone and realised it was because Spotify didn't have storage permissions on my phone. I've given Spotify permission to use storage, then I restart the phone. It let's me access storage options on the phone and then I click the micro SD card (21GB free).
However, you can’t create playlists out of the blue. I mean, one cannot search all the songs and add them one by one to a playlist. What are the odds that you would add most of the songs you love for a particular mood at one go? I guess, not much. But then, Spotify gives you a feature called custom radio station using which you can listen to similar songs and at the same time discover new music.
Cool Tip: Cant access Spotify in your region but you desperately want to try it out? Here’s a workaround to help you.Spotify Custom Radio Station
The Spotify custom radio station is a feature using which you can create a personal radio station, exclusively for you, based upon a song, albums or an existing playlist. Spotify algorithm analyzes the songs and customizes the radio based upon it. So let’s see how we can use the Spotify Custom Radio and get the best out of it.
If you are already listening to a song, album or playlist you want to create the custom radio station for, right-click on the playlist or song album art and select the option Start Radio. Spotify will create a personalized radio station based upon the song(s) and save it to your account. Its algorithm will try to queue the best possible related music as the next track in radio.

Making Spotify Custom Radio Better
However, selection of songs for a particular radio station is a continuous learning process and thus if you like the music Spotify queues, press the like button. If not, press the dislike button. Spotify will instantly take your recommendation into consideration and edit the song lineup. You can create as many radio stations you want and listen and use them as a research material for your playlists.
All the stations you create will be saved in your profile and you can play them from the radio section whenever you like. If you stumble upon a song you would like to add to an existing playlist, right-click on the album art and select the option Add to –> Playlist.
Conclusion
I am sure you will love Spotify custom radio but only if you give it some time to learn the kind of music you like. Free Spotify users might get irritated from the ads that will pop up in between every two or three songs. If you like the service, I highly recommend you to upgrade and start paying. Worth it if you ask me.
